The team is officially in Guaranda, Ecuador and has met their translators! Praying the Lord continues to work through them!🙌🏻💛

We made it to Guaranda and met up with our translators for the week. Now off to church for a prayer service and worship.

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🎓

This is Brayden Card. He is graduating from Thorsby High School. During his time in high school, he was involved in Student Government Association and First Priority. He led our Student Worship Team on Wednesday nights and played guitar and sang on the Worship Team on Sunday mornings. After graduation, he plans to attend Belmont University to major in Songwriting.

When asked the following questions, these are his responses:

What is your favorite memory from High School?
“My favorite memory from high school was playing the National Anthem at our Senior Night football game.”

What is your favorite memory from being a part of Calera Baptist Students?
“My favorite memory is leading worship every Wednesday.”

What advice do you have for the other students at Calera Baptist?
“Whatever you do, do it fully for God. Without God, there is nothing, so give Him your everything.”

We are so proud of Brayden and all he has accomplished. It has been a joy to watch him grow as a follower of Christ. Be sure to tell him Congratulations and wish him luck on all his future endeavors in the comments!
