Today was the boys turn (and Ms. Jill & Millie)! We had our RA Race Day with Open Class. So. Much. Fun!

Thank you to all the racers that took the time to build some great cars! And a big thank you to Mr. Jeremy, Mrs. Telisa, and Mr. Jamie for putting this together!

It was a great day to go racing! 🏎️🏁

We love our Mission Friends group at New Salem! Come check them out every Wednesday at 6:30 pm! ☀️⛪️

On this day in 1886, a Sunday school group of preschoolers called Sunbeams began meeting in the corner of a church building to learn about missions. Sunbeams (which became Mission Friends in 1970) became a WMU task in 1896.

In “We’ve a Story to Tell: 125 Years of WMU” (2013), Rosalie Hall Hunt says, “Hundreds of the little ones in the early bands grew up to become missions leaders, pastors, and missionaries themselves.”
