This crew delivered the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes from our church this week to First Baptist - Caldwell!
We surpassed our goal for this year and are sending off 308 boxes! We believe in this ministry and our church family has rallied all year to make this happen.
May the Lord continue to be glorified through this ministry.

As we move into Holy Week we will remember Holy Thursday at 6 pm. On Good Friday at 6 pm we will have a dramatic reading of the Passion narrative from John's Gospel.

Easter Sunday begins with a Sunrise Service at 7 am on the grounds, and a service in our beautiful church at 11 am.

This is a beautiful and holy time of year. Let us remember the passion of the Lord and the victory of God together.

Dear Cooks Point UMC,

I hope all of you are doing well. I want to encourage you to look to the Lord
and continue to faithfully walk with Him in the midst of all that is going on regarding
the Coronavirus.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: After a conversation with our District Superintendent and the
leadership of our church, we have agreed that it is best that the church not have
worship services for the next two weeks. We will not meet March 22 or March 29.
I encourage you to continue to worship in the privacy of your own home.
There are ways to worship privately, using your Bible and prayer, or going online and
worshipping through the internet.

Prayer: “Heavenly Father, we look to you to help us and heal us. Heal the world of this
terrible Coronavirus and give us wisdom as to how to deal with it. We ask in Jesus Name,
Amen.
