Remember how Nehemiah handled the enemy (as recorded in the book of Nehemiah):

6:3 I am busy doing a great work and have no time for you
6:8 Nothing like that is being said about me, you are lying
6:11 Should a man like me run??

He records the enemy sent these messages and thoughts (6:12-13)
1) so they would make me be afraid,
2) then act on that fear,
3) and sin
4) so they could accuse and mock me

Remember: When resisting the enemy, you are dealing with a LIAR. It isn't about the temptation--it is about how he wants to win the right to accuse.

He is double-minded. He will tempt you, and if you fall--he will condemn you for it.
