Sometimes we forget where we have been and where we are but where we have been and where we are is never far from the outreach of Gods hand. See his always there, we just have to realize that. Example I was at work the other night and starring me in the face were the numbers 247. To most people that would not mean much but God knew I needed a reminder that he is still in control. To me 247 means 24 hours 7 days a week, it is one of my passwords from my past - godsgrace247. God was using this as a reminder in a suttle way as there are reminders he shows us on a daily basis. He is there, he is here, and his grace is with us being sufficient for all 24/7. Look around whether your needing him now in struggle or at peace with all. He has a reminder for all that Gods Grace and love abound all the worlds problems.
