Cabot Community Church

Cabot Community Church For now the idea is to meet on Saturday evenings, as there isn’t really a church that provides that time in Cabot.

We seek to be not just another church plant in Cabot as there are many churches there. However, focus on bringing a sound doctrine of a Wesleyan Holiness church. We aren’t wanting to necessarily build a mega church, but build a community! Everything we teach, preach, and do will be community minded.

1.We will carry each other’s burdens and fulfill the law of Christ, that is to love one another as

he has loved us.

2.We will feed the hungry.

3. We will love the unloved.

4.We will clothed those in need.

5.We will care for the widow.

6. We will Build relationships, seek Christ, and transform lives as a community for the community .

7. We walk through life with all people and proclaim a Wesleyan Holiness Doctrine all while meeting people right where they are. Galatians 6:2
2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

🙏 Pray today for people living in the path of Hurricane Melissa.

Hurricane Melissa is a catastrophic Category 5 storm in the Caribbean, currently bearing down on Jamaica with life-threatening winds, rain, and storm surge. The storm is forecast to move toward eastern Cuba and then the Bahamas in the coming days. Early impacts from Melissa’s outer rain bands have already resulted in at least four fatalities in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Because of its slow forward movement, extreme strength, and the mountainous terrain of the islands in its path, Melissa poses a severe threat. Communities in its path face the likelihood of catastrophic damage, dangerous flooding and mudslides, and prolonged disruption to daily life and essential services.

The Church of the Nazarene will respond to this storm in the days, weeks, and months to come. Disaster assessments will begin as soon as conditions are safe to guide a coordinated response. Working through partner organizations and local Nazarene churches in affected areas, response efforts will focus on both immediate relief and long-term recovery, offering supplies and support in the name of Jesus. 💙

This Saturday Night at Cabot Community Church
Message: God’s Not Done with This Dirt
Scripture: Isaiah 55:13

If you’ve ever felt like your story was too messy or your season too dry, this message is for you.
We’re talking about how God still grows life in the very places that once felt broken.

Join us Saturday at 6:30 PM — and come see what God can still do with a little dirt.

What if the One who made you actually knows you, your thoughts, your fears, your name, and still calls you His? You’re not forgotten. You’re not overlooked. You’re not lost. You’re deeply known and fully loved.

Come find rest, hope, and a Shepherd who leads with love.

This weekend at Cabot Community Church, we’re talking about what it really means when Jesus says, “I am the Good Shepherd.” Pastor Gary Huffman will be bringing us a message this weekend ! 6:30 PM
Your weekend starts with worship!

You ever had one of those nights where everything just goes dark? Not just physically, but spiritually? You still believe in God, but you can’t seem to feel Him. You’re surrounded by people, but somehow still feel alone.
That’s what we call the Quiet Crisis.

This weekend at Cabot Community Church, we’re talking about what to do when the lights go out. When heaven feels like it goes quiet. When the faith you have doesn’t feel as strong as it used to.

Because maybe — just maybe — the darkness isn’t where God disappears.
Maybe it’s where He’s developing you.

Life has a way of throwing storms at us just when we feel like we’re finally finding calm. But what if those storms aren’t meant to sink us, but to shape us? We’re going to talk about Peter stepping out of the boat — and what it means for us to keep our eyes on Jesus when everything around us feels chaotic.
It’s a night of worship, real community, and a message that speaks right into the storms we’re all facing. We’d love for you to come!

What if every “I meant to” in your life actually became an “I did”? I meant to forgive. I meant to pray. I meant to finally get serious about my faith. The truth is, good intentions make a soft pillow but a shaky foundation.

This Saturday night at Cabot Community Church we’re diving into United in Tension, a message from Galatians 3 about moving from intentions to actions and discovering the unity we can only find in Christ. In a world so divided and a country divided by beliefs, denominational differences and political views, the cross is still greater than the lines we draw.

Come ready for a night of worship, real talk, and transformation. Saturday at 6:30pm.

Have you invited someone to come this Saturday? We can’t wait to worship God with you! The weekend STARTS with worship!

What if someone had access to every thought, every word, every moment you’ve ever hidden?

That sounds terrifying, right?

But here’s the truth: God already sees it all. And the miracle? You’re not forsaken you’re loved.

This Saturday at Cabot Community Church, we’re diving into Psalm 139 with a message called: Exposed but Not Forsaken

Because when God searches your heart, He doesn’t shame you, He saves you!
