H4H Hands, Hearts and Hope 4 Humanity

H4H Hands, Hearts and Hope 4 Humanity We are God's children joined together to form the Hope for the Homeless Ministry.

Most are in Cabot, Ward, Austin, Jacksonville, but anyone can join us to share Jesus with those society has forgotten. We operate by donations from people who want to share HOPE with those around us who have lost their job, home, family, and hope. Items that are always needed are lunch meat, bread, cheese, clothing, socks & underwear, bar soap, disposable razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc.

Save the dates! March 18th and 19th!!!!
Would like to invite everyone out to help us prepare for bridge weekend! We will meet at Fellowship Baptist Church off highway 5 at 6:30 on the 18th to prepare sack lunches and toiletry bags for our friends at the bridge. Please come out to help and fellowship with us. Then Saturday morning of the 19th we will meet back at the church at 7:00 to load up and caravan to the parking garage on 8th and Louisiana, to share. Come join us for a blessed time doing Gods work helping others.

Good Morning Everyone!!

After some time to heal and regroup H4H is getting back together to help our homeless friends again! Please come out to help and enjoy the warming of your heart, that you get from helping others.

It is BRIDGE WEEKEND! I am praying you have had a blessed week and I know God has been faithful in His promises to each of us.
We will be meeting Friday night at 6:30 for Bridge Prep at Fellowship Baptist Church on Highway 5, and Saturday Morning at 7:15 to load and caravan to our new location at 8th and Louisiana Parking Garage.
Please come and join us as we fellowship together while we prepare toiletry kits and sack lunches for our friends at the bridge!
Hope to see you there!

Hey everyone... Just heard that one of our homeless friends died Thursday night as he slept ON THE SIDEWALK ACROSS FROM THE SALVATION ARMY. This is uncalled for!

Please... We need blankets, sleeping bags, thermal underwear, sweat pants and sweat shirts that can be given to those who are out in the cold.
