Each church will possesses within its DNA a desire to plant other churches, yielding to the need to plant ne
w churches over the desire to grow to a large, mega-church. We dream of a church that is a catalyst to new church plants, and that prays, from day one of its launch, for new churches to spring forth from its fellowship. WE DREAM of a new kind of church where worship is central, where worship is vertical in nature, and where such worship points others to God and not towards other men. We dream for God to be exalted above tradition and preferences, above all else! WE DREAM of a new kind of church where the churched are edified through the exposition of God’s Word, most often through verse-by-verse teaching and preaching. We dream of a fellowship where God’s people are radical in their desire to search out and study the Word of God. WE DREAM of a new kind of church where evangelism is a 'lifestyle' and not an event or a program, where all of God’s people are challenged to share their faith and invite others into the fold. WE DREAM of a church where preferences and tradition, though not intrinsically wrong, yield to the needs of others and the needs of the church, where the church mirrors the New Testament church in function, form, and polity, and where people seek to discover their spiritual gifts and desire to use those gifts to minister to others. WE DREAM of a new kind of church where young are sought after and the old are respected, where relationships are built, where the heart finds healing and comfort, and where everyone is accepted, guided, and encouraged. WE DREAM of a new kind of church the plurality of eldership God has ordained can lead as called of God, free of politics and the influences of tradition, personal preferences, and improper uses of congregationalism. WE DREAM of a church where elders lead, and where the congregation, or at least those who are raised up as godly leaders, have input, a clear, respected voice, and who work in conjunction with the leadership God has instituted within the body. We dream of a church that complies with the biblical model of polity as the standard of church organization, understanding that in following God's design and not man's the church will experience a deeper level of success and unity. WE DREAM of a new kind of church where those within the church are working diligently to send out missionaries around the globe, where thousands commit to short-term missions, where a Bible College can one day be formed to train other for the work of the ministry and church planting, and where everything thing is done to the glory of Jesus Christ. We dream of a new kind of church that honor's Christ and not man. We dream of this kind of church ~ don't you!?
