This Is Us Series : Our Foundation

Not everything called “church” is built on Christ.

Jesus didn’t say He would build His church on a denomination, a personality, a worship style, or a building.

He said, “Upon this rock I will build my church.”

The foundation is the confession that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God.

And what Jesus builds, the gates of hell will not prevail against.

The question isn’t simply, “Are you part of a church?”

The question is:

Are you part of the church Jesus is building?

This is us. Our Foundations.

Good afternoon church family and friends. We have been monitoring the weather forecast closely. It seems that the likelihood of freezing rain and ice has intensified rather than dissipated. For that reason, we have decided to cancel community groups and morning service. Stay warm and Safe!

As an alternative, we welcome you to engage with the 21st day of our prayer and fasting journey as a family.

Day 21 – Thanksgiving and Commissioning
Scripture: Colossians 2:6–7

As these 21 days conclude, take time to thank God for what He has done. Reflect on how your heart has been shaped and commit to continuing these practices. This is not an ending, but a sending—into the year ahead, rooted in Christ.

Prayer Focus: Gratitude and commitment.

Fast From: Looking backward with regret.

Practice: Write a prayer committing yourself anew to God’s mission.
