Grant, I pray, repentance and grace that we might receive Your Divinely Ordained seasons of trials, afflictions and suffering with gratitude and hope—knowing, Father, that You are treating us as Your children, working in us that which is pleasing in Your sight, that we might be ever more closely conformed to the image of Your Beloved Son, and so, partakers in Your Divine Nature…by Your grace, and for Your glory…
