WHY YOU GOTTA?

Why you gotta wear those jeans with holes and rips and tears,
With vacant places between the threads that shows your underwear?

Why you gotta shame yore ma and embarrass yore dear old dad,
With worldly so-called “fashion” that makes the preacher sad?

Why you gotta act this way, and think that God don't care?
He wrote the rules of modesty, so don't leave your skin so bare.

Put on some clothes that don't expose, and ruin your reputation.
Just throw those jeans upon the fire, and bless them with cremation.
