Butner Presbyterian Church Butner Presbyterian Church, member of PCUSA, is a warm, friendly church with a quaint “small town? Over the years, as the town grew so did our church.

Founded in 1957, our church originally held service in the local National Guard Armory. The current sanctuary was added in the 1960s as membership continued to increase. The congregation has varied in size since then, but changes within the community in the mid-80s led to a significant drop in members. However, we believe that God wants this vibrant congregation to grow and meet the growing needs

One of our annual Fellowship outings, is to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day with a lunch outing at the local Tra'Li Irish Pub and Restaurant at Brier Creek. This year we went right after church and avoided the crowds since Saint Patrick's Day falls on Tuesday. It is always fun to fellowship and break bread with church friends, especilly those with Irish ancestry. Cheers to Saint Patrick.
