The Vine & the Branches 🍇

On Sunday, our elementary kids learned that we need to stay connected to Jesus to grow. Jesus compared Himself to a vine and us to branches. When we stay connected to Him, He helps us grow and produce good fruit.

🦸 October is going to be SUPER at CP Kids!

This month, our Nursery and Preschool kids are learning that God can help them be brave!

Being God-brave means doing the right thing, standing strong when things feel impossible, trusting God when times are hard, and looking to Him for strength and courage.

Our little ones will discover that they can be SUPER KIDS, not because of what they can do on their own, but because of what GOD can do through them! 💥

🌱 A new series, GROW, starts this Sunday for kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade!

Following Jesus is a lot like growing a plant. It takes the right “food,” staying connected to the source, and time!

This month, kids will discover how God’s Word helps us grow, why staying connected to Jesus matters, and how our faith shows up in the way we live.

This week in Preschool, we wrapped up our This or That series by learning about Naaman, who had to make a choice: trust what God said or do things his own way. When the prophet Elisha told Naaman to wash in the Jordan River, Naaman chose to trust God, and God healed his skin!

This week in Elementary, we wrapped up our Trailblazer series! 🥾

Kids discovered that Jesus spent time with people who didn’t know God, including Zacchaeus. Jesus loved him, saw him, and invited him to follow Him. As followers of Jesus, we can spend time with people who don’t know God and help them experience the love of Jesus! ❤️
