Peter did something impossible the moment he stepped out of the boat.

Not because he was fearless. Not because he had it all together. But because his eyes were fixed on Jesus.

And for a moment, he walked on water. But the second Peter shifted his focus to the wind and waves around him, fear took over.

Isn’t that how life feels sometimes? We start in faith. We trust God. We step out courageously.

Then suddenly, all we can see are the waves: The stress. The uncertainty. The what-ifs.

And we begin to sink under the weight of fear.

But even then, Jesus reached for Peter immediately. The story was never about Peter being perfect. It was about Jesus being present.

So if life feels stormy right now, don’t focus only on the waves. Fix your eyes on the One who still walks on them.

It’s easy to look at where you are and assume this is how things will always be.

The struggle.
The waiting.
The uncertainty.

But this moment is not the full story. God is still writing. Still moving. Still working behind the scenes.

What feels like an ending may actually be a beginning.

Don’t lose hope in the middle of the process. There is more ahead.

A new month always feels like a fresh beginning. New calendars. New routines. New expectations for what’s ahead.

But before we rush into everything June may hold, let’s pause and remember this: God was faithful in the last season— And He will be faithful in this one too.

No matter what May looked like for you, His mercy still meets you here. His grace is still enough. His presence still goes before you.

Maybe this month will bring answered prayers. Maybe it will bring unexpected challenges. Maybe it will hold quiet growth that no one else can see.

Whatever comes, you do not walk into June alone.

So instead of carrying pressure into a new month, carry trust. Trust that God is already ahead of you. Trust that He will provide what you need. Trust that He is still working—even in the places you can’t yet see.

Here’s to a new month held by a faithful God.

Waiting can make us question everything.

“Did I hear God right?”
“Did I miss something?”
“Why hasn’t this happened yet?”

But delay is not the same as denial. God’s timing is not rushed. It’s not reactive. It’s intentional.

He sees what we can’t. He knows what we don’t.

He’s aligning things in ways we may never fully understand. If something hasn’t happened yet, it doesn’t mean God isn’t working.

It may just mean He’s still preparing.
Trust His timing—even when it’s hard.

We often look for God in the big moments.

The breakthroughs.
The answered prayers.
The life-changing experiences.

But so much of life isn’t lived there. It’s lived in the ordinary. The routines. The responsibilities. The small, seemingly insignificant moments.

And that’s exactly where God meets us. Not just in the extraordinary— But in the everyday rhythms of our lives.

Don’t overlook today because it feels ordinary.
God is present here, too.

Sometimes the weight of everything ahead feels overwhelming.

All the responsibilities. All the unknowns. All the “what ifs.”

But God doesn’t ask you to figure out everything at once. He gives you grace for today. Not next week. Not next month. Today.

So instead of trying to carry it all— Focus on what’s right in front of you.

Take the next step. Trust Him with the rest. One day at a time.
