In this Trinity Sunday Gospel reflection, Jason Gawaldo reminds us that God’s plan was never condemnation—it was love. The Father sent His Son not to judge the world, but to save it through the Cross.

If we’ve received this life-changing message, how are we sharing it with others? How are we helping the world encounter the love of God?

👑 Today we celebrate the Feast Day of Saint Ferdinand, also known as King Ferdinand III of Castile (1201–1252), a ruler renowned for his holiness, wisdom, and unwavering faith. Deeply devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary, he governed with justice and mercy while promoting the life of the Church, education, and the spiritual well-being of his people.

His reputation for sanctity endured long after his death, and he was canonized in 1671 by Pope Clement X. Today, Saint Ferdinand is remembered as a model of Christian leadership—one who sought to serve God faithfully in both public and private life.

As we honor our patron saint, let us ask for his intercession: for wisdom in leading others, courage to stand for what is right, protection from those who would do harm, and the grace to forgive those who attack or oppress us.

Saint Ferdinand, pray for us. 🙏

May God continue to bless them.
