Happy Fourth of July from Bush Methodist Church!

On this day of celebration, we pause to thank God for the blessings of liberty, the sacrifices of those who have served our nation, and the communities that make our lives richer and stronger.

As Christians, we remember that our highest allegiance is to Christ, who calls us to love God, love our neighbors, and be peacemakers in a divided world.

Today, may your homes be filled with laughter, your tables with loved ones, and your hearts with gratitude for God's many blessings.

"The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me." – Psalm 28:7

Happy Father's Day from Bush Methodist Church!

Today we thank God for the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who have helped shape our lives through their love, sacrifice, wisdom, and faith.

Many of us can look back and remember a father who taught us to pray, encouraged us through difficult times, worked hard to provide for his family, or quietly demonstrated what it means to trust God. Their influence reaches far beyond what they may ever know.

As we celebrate today, we give thanks for the men who have helped pass on the faith from one generation to the next. We also pray for those who are missing their fathers this Father's Day and for all who carry both joy and sorrow in their hearts today.

May we all remember the love of our Heavenly Father, who is faithful through every season of life.

"One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts." — Psalm 145:4

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take time to reflect with gratitude, pray for the families who carry the weight of loss, and give thanks for those who served with courage and selflessness.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Yesterday, we had the joy of celebrating Riley Rauch and her graduation from high school! 🎓💙

Riley, we are so proud of you and all that you have accomplished. It has been such a blessing to watch you grow, and we are excited to see where God leads you in this next chapter of life.

Thank you to our church family for showing Riley so much love and encouragement yesterday. One of the greatest gifts of a church family is walking alongside one another through every season — and yesterday was a beautiful reminder of that.

Riley, always remember that you are loved, prayed for, and supported by your church family. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for you!

He is risen! He is risen indeed! ✝️🌸

Today we celebrate the victory of Jesus Christ over sin and death.

The stone was rolled away.
The tomb is empty.
Hope is alive.

Because He lives, we are no longer bound by fear.
Because He lives, we have new life.
Because He lives, love has the final word.

This is the day that changed everything.

Let us rejoice in the truth and the promise of Easter:
