YOU ARE FREE!
My Lord and the protector of my thoughts, You give me the way and it brings happiness to my life. I know Your word guides me perfectly because: (“So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free…. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. ” John 8:31-32 and 36 ESV) I will not allow myself to be blinded by reasoning something right that is wrong. I will immediately choose to deny the bad and will know You promised me the truth… Protect my mind from all that comes against Your freedom and peace. Your promises are mine now and forever… my mind will follow only the truth of the word of God forever! In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I believe, Amen!

Dear Lord, I need the truth of love to empower my heart. You empower me to be Your child in all my ways. I count on You to bring me wisdom when I feel threatened. I count on You to be my source of all that is good because: (“But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Rom 6:22-23 ASV) Lord, this knowing gives me power where I have felt entangled with feelings of powerlessness. I reject all feelings that do not line up with Your ways. You say I am delighted in believing You. I am delighted as I stomp over my feelings that lead me to think I provide for myself and I now allow all of Your goodness to totally fill me. I am provided for, I am protected, I am forgiven, I am loved and no one can take that from me. I pray for anyone that thinks less of me… may they not be deceived… may they not be entangled in lies … release everyone to know of your unending love for everyone. I release myself from being responsible for others behaviors, thoughts and feelings… I am free in You, Amen!

Dear Lord, I know you have given me the opportunity through Christ to change the way I act, feel and think. Protect my mind and will and direct me to things that will prosper me in the way you intended when you said: (“and put on the new man, that after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.” Eph 4:24 ASV) The things I hear and see make me feel I need to do something. I need help responding to things in a way that will bring me closer to You. Help me now … Help me to pray and seek your way. Help me to calmly pause and direct my mind to search my memory for scriptures I remember that will help me respond in a way pleasing to You... knowing You direct me that way because that is best for my future. I surrender to You whatever I need to and as always I thank you for saving me here on earth and to my future home in heaven. In Jesus name, Amen!

Dear Lord, please give me wisdom today. Stop my thoughts from worry and negativity. Please help me Holy Spirit to notice at the onset when things come to mind to take away my peace. Help me to guard myself from being upset and feeling I need to do things without You because you say: (“Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life.” Prov 4:23 NHEB) Do not let me be tricked into thinking I need to stress and worry. Calm my spirit and remind me You have taken care of everything and I only need to believe and trust in You for everything, even the things that do not make sense on earth but make perfect sense in the spiritual realm. Point my mind to peaceful principles that protect me from the things that try to persuade me into wrong thinking. You are my Lord today and everyday and I can’t wait until I see You face to face in the Kingdom You prepared for all Your Children. My heart is peaceful knowing you know what I do not know…and I know it is good... Help me know it forevermore , Amen!

Dear Lord, help my heart know I have everything I need from you and that I do not need to prove anything to anyone. Settle my heart to totally know without a doubt all the beauty you see in me and that is what matters. I pray for all who struggle inside to know the beauty You give them. Allow no thoughts of what they think others think of them to move them from Your great place of honor You gave them at their birth. I will be still now and not let the lies of the evil one disturb me. (“Where do conflicts and quarrels among you come from? Do they not come from your passions that war in your members?” James 4:1 NHEB”) My heart knows the enemy comes only to steal from me. I will not let him. I will stand strong in who I am and I will not allow the battle to continue in my mind. God made us all and God saves us all because He loves us all. Be still and know Your God will provide all you need. I will start by knowing how much I mean to You and know one can take that away from me. I Stand Strong and tall in Your love now Jesus. Amen!

My loving God, Help me to reprogram my brain to know Your truth. I know this truth will set me free from doing the things I do not want to do or think anymore. I know You are on my side and You want me to know this truth and be free from old thoughts and beliefs because you say: (“So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwelleth in me.”
Rom 7: 17 ASV) Direct me Lord to Your truth to disregard my old thought programs that lead me to do the things I do not want to do nor need to do. (name them) I know my God and I know You do not leave me helpless but teach me I can count on every word You wrote. If I have a thought that comes against Your promises in Christ - I will reject it immediately and tell myself, I believe what the word says only… I am strong in the Lord and He provides for all my ways to be successful by His truth that lives in me as I meditate on His promises. I will not be tricked or entangled anymore by old beliefs that do not serve me anymore. In Jesus' powerful name, Amen!

Dear Lord, I am deciding to stop for a moment and take a deep breath. My mind can get so focused on what is happening in my life and then I simply react without much thought. My past hurts fuel my pain and direct me to quickly react without seeking Your truth. But Lord, I do not want that to happen, I do not want the continued pain and confusion it brings to my soul (mind, will, emotions, awareness). I know when I call on You Christ, you will provide the perfect way because: (“Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matt 5:3 ASV) I stop now and surrender and realize I need You to help me. My asking for help is a sign of great wisdom and I know Your Spirit inside me will lead me to right thoughts and actions. I quiet myself before you now… Lord, what do I need to know or remember right now? ___ Pause___. I stand tall in knowing the Kingdom of heaven is mine and there is nothing that can come against Your great power. I realize You are my guaranteed strength and it brings peace to my soul right now. Lead me Lord, in Jesus name, Amen.

My Lord and Savior, I am so thankful that you made a way for me. I pray that I can settle my mind and spirit enough to get all the benefits You freely give me. Tenderly allow me to surrender to Your awesome ways. I do not want to give much thought to the things that take away my peace. I know You are guiding me and You love me because: (“The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God;” Rom 8:16 NHEB) Allow my spirit to hear and be totally guided by the Holy Spirit of God. I open my heart and Spirit to all the things I don’t understand but by faith I can have as I connect more deeply to You. I am Your Child and I will receive all You intended for me to have. I lay aside ______ and take hold of the assurance that you give abundantly to Your Child. I acknowledge in my Spirit that I reject all the things that entangled me to not live in Your peace. I have Your grace now and I will be pausing often to Hear and be guided by You with surety that You always will guide me to perfect peace. Please, deposit it in me now. In Jesus name, Amen!

My Heavenly Lord, I come to You today because I know when my mind seems frustrated or confused I need to stop and ask You for help. I have things in my life that I try to protect in my own will. Some of these things come from my past hurts or feelings of lack of the things you already provide to me (love, acceptance and enoughness). There are times when I deal with these real problems and I react in ways I do not want to and I know would not be in Your way to best react. I know I need to surrender this to You… and I know that my way of handling this is not working. I am so thankful I have a God that always provides, especially when I know I need to be saved. Your word says: (“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time;” 1 Peter 5:6 NHEB) Dear Lord, I know this is the appropriate time for me to realize I can not do it on my own, but I know you can provide a way. You can calm my heart and open my eyes to react in better ways. I received it now. In Jesus name, Amen!

My Lord, I come to you today with a thankful heart and a joyful spirit. As I read these words from Scripture… (“He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.” Is 53:11 ASV) my heart is overcome with an assurance of just how loving You are to those that seek and trust in You. I could not imagine being subjected to bear the same things You did for me Christ. When I think of the sufferings You overcame to save me in real terms of living... I am drawn to praise You and thank you. My soul celebrates with You for what you did for all. My heart loves You more as I realize the goodness You gave to all. You did not have to do it, but You did because You are my loving and good God who wants me and all people to spend eternity in heaven. My Spirit is filled by the gift of You wanting me to know I am loved, I am enough and I am important enough to be saved. I will believe and cherish how much you love me. May Your name be glorified forever, Amen!
