Romans 6:4-We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead… we too may live a new life.

What a beautiful and perfect day!

God is moving in Burr Oak Missionary Church and in the hearts of His believers! Today, we rejoiced and celebrated new life in Christ through baptism as 9 believers took a step of faith in their walk with Jesus.

What a blessing to witness these lives being changed and to celebrate what God is doing! We are so excited to see where He leads each of them.

Our church had a kayak trip Saturday, great day and tons of fun.

New Life Sunday is this week! We will have our normal church service, then head across the street the Prairie River for the baptisms. Bring an “easy” dish to pass that doesn’t need to be heated up or kept warm. We will eat outside after the baptism. Bring a lawn chair.
