READING THE BIBLE FROM COVER TO UNCOVER
Discovering Who You Are in the Revelation of Who God Is

In the beginning, when God created Adam and Eve, they were united to one another, naked and unashamed. When they gave into temptation, they realized they were naked, covered themselves, and tried to hide from God. And thus, the great human cover-up began as people continued to try to cover their sins and hide from God’s presence. And yet, God still had a plan and purpose for the people He created. In his great love for us, God continually reveals himself so that people might know his ways and live in the knowledge of his perfect love. The title of the final book of the Bible, Revelation, comes from a Greek word that literally means “to remove a covering.” It offers an unveiling of God’s plan from beginning to end – God uncovering his plan for his creation, which, by the way, includes you and me. Join us for a six session Lenten study on Wednesday nights in an adventure of discovery as we learn more of who we really are and were created to be in the revelation of who God really is.
