We are coming up on week 6 in the book of Colossians. We will be studying Colossians 1:24-29.
“I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church, of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.”

Sunday was a day filled with memories, goodbyes, and welcoming the next generation.

Pastor Curt served at Heritage Park faithfully for the past 23 years. His beautiful wife, Lynn, served alongside him with distinction, love, and grace. Their ministry will never be forgotten. They have sacroficially loved us and always led faithfully and encouraging us to be who the Lord has called us to be.
So it is with a heart full of thanks that we wish them a happy retirement.

We also welcomed our new pastor, Pastor Nick Hart, and his beautifulful family. His love for the Lord and his heart to serve has already been evident. We are excited for the next chapter of Heritage Park and look forward to seeing what the Lord will do through his leadership.

We also want to thank our founding pastor, Pastor Jim Edge, for following the Lord’s call on his life to establish a church in New England. We are forever grateful for the sacrifices he, his wife, and his family made to make this ministry possible.

Thank you, Lord, for blessing us and leading these men to shepherd us.
