A HUGE THANK YOU GOES TO MIKE KILBRIDE CONSTRUCTION INC! They installed the shade portion of the playgrounds sunshade this morning! The kids will loving having some more shade on the playground! Messiah’s youth love going to Camp EWALU and can’t wait to see all the new renovations to Cedar Lodge. Help them to Bridge the Gap on the Cedar Lodge renovation.

We're 2 WEEKS AWAY from the ! Mark your calendar for Wednesday, May 20, and give a gift of $10 or more that day to help us win special challenges and bonus money from the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque and the Clayton County Foundation for the Future.

This year, our goal is to raise $30K in ONE DAY to help "close the gap" on funding for Cedar Lodge. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel... just about $300K left to fully fund the $3.2 million in renovations to Cedar, and we can knock out 10% of that remaining total (or more!) in just one day!

If you've been a camper, counselor, or retreat guest at Ewalu, you have probably been inside Cedar Lodge. The grand old building has big needs in order to serve future generations at Ewalu: a new kitchen, expanded dining hall, new HVAC, accessible bathrooms, new lower level showers and an updated staff lounge.
