ILLUMINATING THE INTERNAL WAR...
A Lifelong Battle You May Not Even Realize You're In!
Ever notice how some moments feel like they’re pulling you somewhere deeper… and other moments feel like they’re pulling you away from it? Not always in obvious ways. Sometimes it’s just noise. Sometimes it’s just “later.” Sometimes it’s nothing dramatic at all—just drift.
And still… something in you keeps reaching. Like you were made for more than managing life. More than surviving it. Almost like worship isn’t just something you step into when everything is calm… but something you’re trying to hold onto while everything is moving.
And if that’s even partly true… then the resistance starts to make sense. Not everything pushing against you needs to be loud to be real. So prayer starts to feel less like escape… and more like staying connected when the signal matters most. Not comfort first. Clarity first.
And worship? Maybe it was never meant to be passive. Maybe it’s the stance you take when things try to pull you off center. There’s an old line that says the weapons of this kind of battle aren’t what you’d expect—psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs… carried with gratitude that doesn’t quit.
Which makes you wonder… what if the path to becoming a worshiper… is learning how to stand as a warrior first? And what if the war isn’t for something out there… but for what stays alive in you when everything else tries to fade it?
