Friends of Lakeview Cemetery An ad-hoc community group organized to restore the Louisa Howard Memorial Chapel and maintain other important features of Lakeview Cemetery

A group of concerned area residents organized "The Friends of the Howard Chapel" in the 1990s with the intent to restore the Howard Chapel to its original splendor. With that task completed in 2006, the "Friends" have turned their attention to saving and restoring other important features of Lakeview such as the gazebo and fountains.
