KidsCamp is in full swing this week across all our campuses!

This week, kids are learning that Jesus is our hero — the Savior of the world. Through Bible teaching, worship, small groups, games, and time with friends, they're discovering the incredible truth found in our memory verse:

"And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world." — 1 John 4:14

Join us in praying that every child would grow in their understanding of who Jesus is, trust him more deeply, and experience the joy of following him.

Shame tries to convince us we are disqualified, but grace says something completely different. Grace declares we are forgiven, redeemed, and held fast not because of what we have done, but because of what Christ has done for us.

When we hear the voice of accusation or feel the weight of failure, we return to the truth of the gospel. Conviction is a gift. Shame is a lie. We do not come back to God on the strength of our performance, but on the sufficiency of Jesus alone. He is more than enough.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death." – Romans 8:1-2

On Sunday, we were reminded through Acts 12 that God is always at work — even when we can't see it.

This week, a member of our church family shared a photo with us after being encouraged by the message. She wrote down reminders and truths on sticky notes to carry with her throughout the week.

We love seeing God's Word move beyond Sunday and into everyday life. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep following where he leads.

It's easy to trust God when we can see what he's doing.

The challenge is trusting him when we can't.

This weekend, we were reminded that God's faithfulness isn't dependent on our circumstances. He's still good. He's still present. And he's still at work.

In the heart of Mexico City, there are opportunities all around to reach people with the gospel, and that’s exactly what our Young Adults ministry has been doing this past week.

From walking the city and stepping into gospel conversations to hosting a day of games and activities for local kids, our team has had countless opportunities to share the love of Christ. Through every conversation and every interaction, they have sought to faithfully do what God has called them to do while trusting him to move in ways that only he can.

It has been a beautiful trip marked by God's mercy, and there is still more to come as other Christ Chapel ministries head out this summer. Continue to pray that hearts would respond to the gospel, lives would be changed, and God would be glorified.
