O Lord God, enliven and preserve your church
with your perpetual mercy. Without your help, we

Kick off the LOLLY (Lord of Life Lutheran Youth) program year on Sunday, September 13, from 2:00–5:00 PM at Burke Lake Park Marina. Dr. Kayla will reveal the theme for this year’s youth programming!

Larry and Lola, the Lord of Life Llamas, made their debut at the Back-to-School Blessings. Each llama came with a card: "Before school, take a moment to pray with Larry/Lola, asking God to help you have a great day, make good choices, learn new things, and be kind to others. When you get home, tell Larry/Lola everything you’ve learned at school."

Acolyte Training was a blast! The Children and Youth learned about the history, purpose, and importance of acolyting. They practiced a few times in an “Acolyte Relay,” then made special candles to commemorate their learning.
