The prayer practices we learn in the Foundation training doesn’t stay in the classroom.

They shape how we listen, how we speak, and how we hold one another in everyday relationships. Faith imagination, healing prayer, and contemplative prayer invite us to meet ourselves and others with greater awareness, compassion, and trust in God’s ongoing work.
