Join Chris and Laura for the last Catacombs of the semester! 👻 Bring a friend, a snack to share, and a completed permission form. This will be an epic night on our church campus with our Youth Group’s version of hide and seek!

You can download and print the permission form by visiting burbankfirstumc.org/catacombspermissionform

Every participant MUST bring a printed and signed (by a parent/guardian) permission form in order to play the game. If you bring a friend, they need to have one as well! If you have already completed a permission form, you don’t need to turn another one in. Contact Youth Director Laura ([email protected]) if you are unsure about the status of your permission form.
