Sunday at Worshipwalk: SEE THE CITY (Make Room, Week 11)

"How did I get here?" Maybe you have asked that about your city, your season, your life. In Jeremiah 29, God gave the exiles in Babylon an unexpected instruction: build houses, plant gardens, seek the welfare of the city, and pray for it.

The big idea: God calls us to notice, pray for, and seek the good of the place where He has planted us.

Three invitations for this week:
SEE the city: ask God to open your eyes to the people around you.
PRAY for the city: our church, families, schools, leaders, and those who are hurting.
SEEK the good of the city: do not stop at noticing. Take a step. Build a relationship. Make room for someone.

Do not just live in the city. See the city. What is one step you are taking this week?

Our Make Room discipleship journey continues this Sunday as we discover that God didn’t just give us gifts for ourselves—He gave us gifts so we could serve one another and build His Kingdom together. 🤝
