Speak life into people.
This world is already loud enough with criticism, comparison, gossip, judgment, and lies.

Be different.

Tell people you’re proud of them.
Remind them who God says they are.
Pray for them, even when they don’t know you’re praying.
Encourage them when they’re ready to give up.
Give grace when it would be easier to judge.
Celebrate them without making it a competition.
Speak hope into the places where the enemy has been whispering lies.

You never know what someone is fighting silently.
Your words might be the reminder they needed to keep going.

Scripture says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” — Proverbs 18:21

So use yours wisely.
Be the friend who speaks life.
Be the parent who speaks life.
Be the spouse who speaks life.
Be the stranger who speaks life.

In a world that is constantly tearing people down, be a voice God can use to build someone back up. 🤍

As believers, we must always remember that God deserves all the glory. It's never about us. King Herod learned this the hard way when he took glory for himself, leading to a swift and terrible end. A stark reminder: never take glory away from God.

Healing with God doesn’t always look peaceful.
Sometimes it looks like crying over something you thought you were already over.
Sometimes it looks like getting triggered and realizing there’s still a wound underneath it.

Sometimes it looks like:
You fear.
You pray.
You trust again.

You get triggered.
You ask yourself why.
You find the root.

You grieve what happened.
You grieve what should’ve happened.
You bring both to Jesus.

You forgive.
You set boundaries.
You unlearn.
You heal a little more.

And then sometimes… you break all over again.
But this time, you know where to go.

You surrender.
You give it to God.
And you rise again.

Healing isn’t always a straight line. Some wounds have layers. Some things God heals little by little because He’s not just changing how you feel, He’s changing who you’re becoming.

So if something triggered you today, don’t automatically assume you’ve gone backwards.

Maybe God is revealing another place that needs His light.

You can love Jesus deeply and still be healing.
You can trust God completely and still have hard days.
You can be growing and grieving at the same time.

Keep bringing it back to Him. 🤍
He’s not intimidated by the broken pieces.
