Joining Queen less hives w recent Nucs using a double screen. Face top hive in opposite direction providing them an entrance..Try to remove honey supers or other extra equipment ahead of time.. Sometimes easier than later. I have had success with this method for laying workers also.I usually scratch capped drones on q-less before joining. This is something my mentor shared with me.
