As many of you know Kimmi & I recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia to be part of an amazing work. We have joined with Tapestry Church and are excited about “Weaving God’s Love into Everything.” How do we do this? We become a part of the communities we serve – doing life together and sharing Jesus along the way.
The Lord has put us in a familiar situation, serving the underserved, from ministering to our friends experiencing homelessness to our missional family gathering and our "ThinkOutside" Food Pantry/Bible Study in Cabbagetown where we are engaging families experiencing food insecurities.
All the while sharing the Gospel while being the hands & feet of Jesus.
For us, that meant leaving our families from 5th Street Mission and moving into our "Tapestry Tiny House" a 24' camper just outside the perimeter, in an effort to keep our "overhead" low to be able to put more time & financial resources into serving others.
We are trusting in God’s plan for the people He is putting in our path.
We are asking for your help with our journey. You can partner with us in the following three ways:
• Pray: Pray for our family to be intentional about sharing Jesus with those around us. Pray for hearts to be opened and opportunities to serve in the community.
• Come: Considering coming on a short-term mission trip to serve in Atlanta.
There are many ministry opportunities serving the homeless, elderly, local schools, and communities alongside Tapestry Church.
• Give: We are praying for $2000 per month to support our family in this ministry. That can come by way of small monthly partnerships or one time gifts. .TapestryATL.com/donate
•Let Us Serve You: We are also "tent makers". Have 2 Bros Catering, cater your next event. A unique way to support missionaries out in the field. Contact me for details & references.
We are trusting God for all he is going to do here in Atlanta. Please consider being a part of His Great Work!
In Christ
