We Were Never Meant to Follow Jesus Alone.
Fellowship is more than simply spending time together. It is a spiritual discipline that helps us grow, serve, encourage, and remain faithful alongside one another.
Fellowship gives us strength.
“Two are better than one…”
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10
When life gets difficult, we need others to walk beside us and help us back up. We were never made to face the challenges of life on our own.
Fellowship leaves us encouraged.
“Encourage one another and build one another up…”
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Our words can impact someone else's faith in big ways: a conversation, a prayer, or even just showing up for them can make all the difference.
Fellowship challenges us.
“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17
Christian community goes beyond comfort. Those that care will lovingly challenge us, realign us toward our God, and help us become more like Jesus.
Fellowship helps us stay faithful.
“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works…”
Hebrews 10:24–25
Being together gives us opportunities to worship, serve, and encourage one another as we all strive toward a life of faithfulness.
God designed His Church to live in fellowship and grow together, caring deeply for the lives of the people in community around us.
So don't just attend church. Invest in the people around you.
Who can you encourage, serve, or spend time with this week? ❤️
