Please join us for our annual Mass of Remembrance to be held at St. Adalbert Basilica on Saturday, November 7th, 2026 at 5:30 PM. During this very special Mass we remember in a special way those who have gone before us. Singing at the Mass will be the Kromer Youth Choir.

Those who would like to submit names to be remembered during the Mass are asked to complete and return the attached form - the names will be read and a candle will be lit in their memory.

Thank you to our neighbors at Corpus Christi Church for their unwavering support, and for this beautiful post.

Happy 140th Anniversary to Saint Adalbert Basilica!

The Corpus Christi Church community extends our heartfelt congratulations to our brothers and sisters at St. Adalbert Basilica as you celebrate 140 years of faith, sacrifice, and service in Buffalo.

Since 1886, generations of faithful have worshiped beneath the towers of St. Adalbert, building a spiritual home that remains an important part of the Catholic heritage of Buffalo’s East Side.

May St. Adalbert continue to intercede for your parish community, and may God bless St. Adalbert Basilica for many years to come!

Happy 140th Anniversary from your neighbors at Corpus Christi Church!

St. Adalbert, pray for us!

Our original "Wedding Cake" candle holder has returned home to Saint Adalbert Basilica just in time to help celebrate our 140th Anniversary! It was on loan to our cemetery chapel, but it will now remain permanently in our Basilica.
