Time for an update : We are making progress on our Multi-Purpose building. We have two working bathrooms, the downstairs doors installed, a commercial hood installed for the kitchen and more. We put up a lot more tongue and groove lumber in the dorms and have the white board installed on the wall where all the sinks will be installed soon. In the next 7 to 10 days we will have the ceilings up on the downstairs rooms and a propane tank and propane lines installed for the kitchen. I believe we have a mission team interested in building our 30' x 9' deck & stairs. To move forward with completing the kitchen and the deck we need to raise $15,000. Of course we still need to finish the upstairs and many other details, but that is for another day, as the Lord provides. Our goal is to get the two downstairs dorms and bathrooms complete, the kitchen completely function to serve groups. Our goal is to be officially opened for small overnight groups and day groups by 9/1/26. The Lord's timing is perfect and His will for Green Pastures Christian Retreat is what we desire.
