✨ What a magical way to begin our performance week! ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Shakespeare in Delaware Park Shakespeare in Delaware Park for welcoming Peace Of The City to the main stage for our special preview performance. It was an honor to share the stage with such an incredible organization and to introduce our talented young performers to the community.

In just seven weeks, our cast has cultivated confidence, creativity, resilience, leadership, and a true sense of ensemble. Through countless hours of rehearsals, mentorship, and collaboration, these remarkable young people have grown not only as performers, but as leaders, teammates, and members of our community. Last night’s preview was a beautiful celebration of their hard work and the perfect way to kick off an unforgettable performance week.

Once the powerful Duke of Milan, Prospera was betrayed by her own brother and cast away to a remote island with her daughter, Miranda. Years later, fate brings those who wronged her back within reach, forcing her to make a life-changing choice:

Every step, every movement, and every rehearsal brings us closer to opening night.

With each line learned, each scene rehearsed, and every challenge overcome, our young performers continue to grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Their dedication over the past few weeks has been inspiring, and we’re so proud of everything they’re accomplishing together.

Thank you to Mr. AJ (Arjumand Ali) for leading our Ariel dance rehearsals and to all of our teaching artists for helping our youth create something truly magical.
