Black History Sunday at NBCC February 26th. Lord thank you for all that participated. We learned about Harriet Tubman's conductor's work - bringing enslaved to freedom. She lived and died in Auburn NY.

The most common regrets that people have when someone dies are not spending enough time with them, not telling them how much they loved them, not resolving any arguments or issues, not taking time to listen and understand, not cherishing every moment, and not showing gratitude for the time spent together.

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult things one can go through. Grief is a normal, natural response to this kind of loss and it is important to be kind and gentle with yourself during this time. It is okay to take things one day at a time and to give yourself the time and space to process your grief. It can be helpful to talk to a trusted friend, family member, or counselor who can provide support and understanding during this difficult time. Additionally, there are many online resources available to provide comfort and solace.
