Cursillo #301 - Breath of God, will be held at Mustang Island Conference Center on October 8 - 11. The Cursillo weekend begins on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. During the weekend, participants engage in study, reflection, fellowship, and worship.

Cursillo (a Spanish word meaning "little course") gives church members the tools and "rules of life" to enthusiastically share the joys of knowing Christ with others in their everyday environments. Cursillo is patterned on Jesus' own example. He searched out and called groups of potential leaders, trained them and sent them out to bring the world to Him.

Visit dwtx.org/events to learn more upcoming Cursillo retreats.

Today we celebrated the baptism of baby Hailly, welcoming her into God’s family and into our parish community! As a congregation, we also had the joy of renewing our own baptismal vows together, reminded once again of the gift of new life in Christ.

To mark the occasion, another butterfly stone was added to our garden 🦋 What a beautiful, growing symbol of new beginnings and the lives welcomed into our faith family.

A heartfelt thank you to our Baptism Team, Altar Guild, Hospitality Team, and everyone else who put in so much hard work and care in preparing for this special celebration. 🙏💛

Welcome to the family, Hailly! ✨
