It has been a hectic time with many things to do and to worry about, but you need a break. Take one thing at a time, one day at a time, and allow your body to rest and recover. Regain your strength before you move on to the next thing. You can do this by spending time in My presence; I am your spring of life, says the Lord. Proverbs 4:20-23 My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.

It seems like there is no end to things that need your attention, and you are worn out with trying to fix everything that has gone wrong. There will be an end to this flurry of distractions, but in the meantime you need to calm yourself down and move through every day with the assurance that I will give you the strength to endure, says the Lord. Trust and obey. Isaiah 50:10 Who among you fears the Lord? Who obeys the voice of His Servant? Who walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord and rely upon his God. 🌊🌊🌊
