Swipe for the truth ➡️ • At high school clubs with week, we came face to face with lies we’ve come to believe about ourselves. • Once we confronted those lies by writing them on mirrors with erasable markers, we decided to replace each lie with a permanent truth that pushes us towards a healthy future. • What are some lies spoken over this generation that need to be broken??

Wrapping up the monthly topics at Braveheart! Here’s what we talked about each week!!!

Love vs. Infatuation
Infatuation is fast, emotional, and based on feelings. Love is patient, kind, and committed (1 Corinthians 13).
✨ Choose what grows you, not just what excites you.
Red Flags
Control, pressure, disrespect, or anything that pulls you away from God are warning signs.
✨ Real love reflects how Jesus Christ treats people — with honor and truth.
S*x
S*x isn’t bad — it’s a gift designed for marriage (Genesis 2).
✨ Protect your worth. Set boundaries before emotions take over.

P**n distorts love, objectifies people, and can trap your mind.
✨ Guard your heart and your eyes. If you struggle, there’s grace and help.

This week in clubs was all about understanding exposure risk. We discussed the importance of knowing your partner’s relationship history to be aware of what you could be getting exposed to! Club members shared stories with each other, played games, and left feeling confident that what they learned would help them choose healthy relationships!
