Today, our youth didn’t just attend church, they led it. 🙌
As they walked us through the Lord’s Prayer, we were reminded that these words aren’t just something we recite… they’re a guide for how we live, trust, and connect with God daily.
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name…”
Right from the start, we’re reminded who God is…holy, powerful, and personal.
“Give us this day our daily bread…”
A call to depend on Him, not just for the big things, but for what we need today.
“Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven…”
A challenge to live with grace…receiving it and giving it.
“Lead us not into temptation…”
A reminder that we don’t walk alone. God guides and strengthens us.
There’s something powerful about hearing young voices speak timeless truth. The same prayer Jesus taught His disciples is alive in the hearts of the next generation. It’s not about age. It’s about willingness. When youth step forward in faith, they don’t just grow. They lead, inspire, and remind all of us what simple, genuine trust in God looks like.
The youth are not just “the future” of the church. They are a vital part of it right now. Their faith is bold, their hearts are open, and their willingness to serve challenges us all to lean in deeper. When we invest in them, encourage them, and give them space to lead, we’re strengthening the entire body of Christ.
Today was a beautiful reminder: God works through every generation. đź’›
Let’s continue to lift up, support, and walk alongside our youth as they grow in faith and lead with courage.
