Vincent Copodano Assembly at the Installation Mass of Fr. Andrew Hoover as Pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Parma, OH.

On Memorial Day it was with Humility and Honor that Members of the Knights of Columbus Assembly 3105 Honor Guard and Color Guard took part in honoring those who wore our Nation's Uniform and paid the Ultimate Sacrifice at Memorial Day Services held at Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City, OH and the Memorial Day Ceremonies and Parade held in Brunswick, OH

Dear brothers and sisters,
on this most sacred night,
in which our Lord Jesus Christ
passed over from death to life,
the Church calls upon her sons and daughters,
scattered throughout the world,
to come together to watch and pray.
If we keep the memorial
of the Lord’s paschal solemnity in this way,
listening to his word and celebrating his mysteries,
then we shall have the sure hope
of sharing his triumph over death
and living with him in God.

A rattlesnake bit one of my sheep in the face about a week ago. The deadliest snake that lives around. The sheep's face was swollen and hurt like crazy, but the old rattle did not know the type of blood that runs in the sheep.

The antidote is usually made from sheep's blood. The sheep was swollen for about 2 days but the blood of the lamb destroyed the serpent's venom. I was worried, but the sheep didn't care. He kept eating, he kept drinking, and he kept walking because he knew he was fine.

Don't worry about the serpent or his bite, just be sure that the Lamb's Blood flows through your veins. (unknown author)

Just a Reminder our General Membership Meeting is this coming Thursday, February 15th, 2024: The Angelus will start at 6:45pm and Meeting starts at 7pm. I also want to get this information out to you all before the Meeting. The Exemplification is April 19-21 at the DoubleTree Hilton located at 1100 Crocker Rd, Westlake, OH 44145. The Hotel's Phone Number is (440) 871-6000 If you are planning on attending the Exemplification you have technically until March 29th to book your room under the KofC block. However, I would not wait until then. The Room Rate is $129.00 When calling the Hotel let them know it is under the Knights of Columbus Block. Also, when booking your banquet meal and registering your wife or girlfriend for the Ladies program That has to be done on line at the following link https://fs21.formsite.com/kofcohdist1/Exemplification/index Please Print the Forms after you have registered and bring them either to the February meeting or to the Fr. McGivney Room on March 23, 2024 between 10:30 and 12:30 with your payment to Assembly 3105 One Check will be cut by the Assembly to Ohio District One with all the Corresponding Paperwork.
