"If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all."

I like to just stop and think about that part in the middle…"so far as it depends on you". The scandal of grace is truly impossible to understand. Scripture makes it evident that we are called to be peacemakers though. "So far as it depends on us" to me, this is a charge to be peaceful. We can speak peace, bring peace, carry peace and be at peace with those around us, ONLY if we have made our own peace. This is the beauty of the Gospel.

I love that The Word directs this back to us…it makes it less about controlling someone else and more about the condition of our own hearts.

Did you know that you can make donuts with just 3 simple ingredients?? 🍩

Step 1: Grab a half-used roll of toilet paper.
Step 2: Add water and shape carefully.
Step 3: Cover in chocolate syrup and try to convince your boss that it’s breakfast.

With enough toilet paper and confidence… anything can be a donut.

Results may vary depending on how suspicious your boss is…Shawn was amused, but NOT fooled.

SECTION B. PURPOSE
The purpose of this association shall be to broaden the opportunity to glorify God and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33

LBCR has remained steadfast in this purpose for more than 54 years. When we seek the Kingdom first, God provides blessings beyond what we could ever imagine. LBCR was founded by men who sought the Kingdom first, and because of that foundation, it has been blessed in countless ways through the years.

Some things just stand the test of time.

Camp is here.

Lord, we’ve prayed over every detail, every person, and every moment. Thank you Lord because you see all of it! Now we trust it all to You. Only you can make a differnce, Lord and we love you! Father, change lives. Lord we pray with expectancy, that You will show up and show off! Amen.
