to navigate & work through, to take control of and many times…simply just to talk about it. Life is overwhelming in so many different ways!

Praying about the victories, the challenges and everything in between can give you a sense of calm, even when your life may seem chaotic 🙏🏼

You weren’t meant to go through life alone, even when it’s YOUR life. Turn to the LORD for all of it 🙌

PRAY for what you need and always thank Him for what you have. He is with us through it ALL! Find refuge in what He can do for you ✝️

Every Sunday is amazing at Awaken Brownwood…but this last one was extra SPECIAL ✨

We celebrated baby dedications AND water baptisms…which had us feeling all kinds of wonderful 🥹🫶🏼♥️🥰

We have never claimed to be a perfect church. In fact, we’re a house full of imperfect people who love the LORD & are grateful for his everlasting GRACE in our daily lives 🙌🏼

What we do claim to be here at ACB is LOVING and ACCEPTING! When you walk into THIS 👆🏼👆🏼house, you can feel LOVE permeate through every hello, handshake and hug!

What a day at Awaken Brownwood! ❤️

Today we celebrated 8 children and their families during Baby Dedication Sunday, and we couldn’t be more grateful for what God is building in this house.

There is something powerful about seeing families make an intentional decision to raise their children knowing they are loved by God, surrounded by a church family, and rooted in faith.

Pastor Ben, thank you for celebrating with us and for always cheering on what God is doing in Brownwood. We are incredibly thankful for every family represented today — and excited about the generations coming behind us.

The future is bright at Awaken Brownwood!

🎒📚 What an incredible Back to School Sunday at Awaken Church!

It was so good to see our church family come together and pray over all of our students as they prepare to begin a brand-new school year. 🙏 We are believing God’s very best for each of them — for wisdom, confidence, great friendships, protection, and an amazing year ahead!

As many of our students head back to school this week, let’s continue to keep them, their teachers, administrators, and families in our prayers. ❤️

Today is a special day because one of ours is celebrating his birthday! Minister George Dudley does so much at Awaken Church Brownwood…you’ll never catch him not busy 😊
He works in our Media booth and is in charge of bringing the Dream Team together every Sunday. He prays fiercely for our church body and is continuously blessing others!

Homeroom was never just another class. It was the place where you were known, prepared, and cared for.

That’s God’s heart for His Church.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this Sunday as we continued our message series “Summer School”.

What a beautiful reminder that we were never meant to walk through life alone. We all need a place where lives are shared, faith grows, and people remind us who we are in Christ. 🙌📖
