Because of Bethlehem . . . Joy To The World!
And there was Joy in Brownville last night as 74 people came to the Christmas Evening Service, celebrating the birth of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. The music, the message, communion, candlelight made for a very meaningful and special worship time. We were blessed to have Care Pastor Mike Wenig and his wife, Sharon, and Terry and Jill Stackhouse lead our worship in Word and music. We’re grateful for the partnership with StoneBridge Christian Church-Omaha on a weekly basis. as well as special holidays. The annual soup ( 8 crockpots of soup!) and snacks and fellowship following always proves that good things happen at the table! We love our congregation!

YOU ARE INVITED . .

to the Christmas Candlelight Service at the Brownville Christian Church on Sunday evening, December 21, 6:00 PM. Care Pastor Mike Wenig and Musician, Steve MCoy of the Stonebridge Church of Omaha will be leading this service of carols, communion and music entitled “On This Night”. Worshipers will be encouraged to think about what would it look like and feel like if Jesus were born today?

Following the service, worshipers may enjoy the seasonal gathering in the fellowship hall. The interior and exterior of the church will be illuminated with light, and the sanctuary will be beautifully decorated.

This annual Christmas Evening Service is a special time to remember and give thanks for the real reason for Christmas, the birth of our Savior, Jesus.

We kicked off our Christmas message series yesterday!
