A fun science activity to end our week at VBS…

What a week! 33 children, 21 teen and adult leaders, and loads of fun at Vacation Bible School. We ended our Snowball Mountain Challenge with a program for our friends and families to show off all we learned throughout the week.

I didn’t get any pictures today since I was getting things prepared for our program tomorrow, but thankfully, our science guide took a few photos of her Challengers making snow! Today’s Lift Lesson was “I can pray.” We can always count on God to listen no matter how or where we pray. Tomorrow is our last day (hard to believe the week is almost over already). We will be putting on a short program for families and friends and celebrating the strength we found in God this week with a picnic.

“I can give it my all!” That was today’s Lift Lesson at VBS. We ate snowman pudding, we created snowmen out of clay, we played outside, we learned about friction, and, of course, we sang and danced! It’s hard to believe we are over halfway through the week!

Today’s VBS Lift Lesson was “I can be brave.” Our Challengers had a great snack, played outside, sang and danced, made a craft, and completed an awesome science activity. It was truly a blessed day!

We had a very busy first day of VBS! We made sparkling snowflakes, learned the science of slime, ate amazing cupcakes, threw snowballs, and of course, sang so many songs! Today’s Lift Lesson is I can share all things, and these kids certainly shared their talents and youthful energy with all of us! We are looking forward to tomorrow’s adventures!
