Calvary Chapel of the Foothills has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the lordship of Jesus Christ. His finished work on the cross made that possible.

Our Supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed in His image by the power of God the Holy Spirit. We believe:
Jesus Christ is the foundation and cornerstone of the church He came to restore man’s broken relationship with God. Because of His love demonstrated on the cross by dying for our sins, we now have reason to fellowship with one another and proclaim salvation through His life, deat

h, and resurrection. (1 Corinthians 3:11, Ephesians 2:20, Romans 5:6-10)
The Bible is the inspired infallible word of God and is relevant and applicable to man today,. Therefore we place great emphasis upon teaching it in p[public, studying it in private and using it as a guide for our daily lives. (1 Timothy 4:13, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 1 Thessalonians 2:13)
Worship We believe God is worthy of all praise, reverence, and love. We take special time to worship Him in the church through song. It is our goal to worship Him with our whole lives as well as at home, at work, and at play. (John 15:5, Romans 8:29, Ephesians 4:15)
Christian Growth Our supreme desire is to know Jesus and to be conformed to His image, likeness and example by the power of the Holy Spirit. We encourage this by abiding in Jesus Christ through His Word, prayer, fellowship and by yielding our lives to the Holy Spirit, (John 4:24, Colossians 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13)
Love is the greatest virtue and demonstration of the reality of Christ Jesus. We endeavor to show a Christ-like love to all men .Love should be exhibited in our lives by our words as well as our actions. (John 13:34-35, 1 Corinthians 13:13, Philippians 2:3-5)

We are planning towards outdoor services this coming Sunday the 19th at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. In the next few days, shade sails will be fastened to the front of the building to keep us cooler. It is forecasted to be in the 70’s during the first service and in the 80’s during the second service. It won’t be as convenient or comfortable as before, but please don’t let that stop you from gathering together in the name of Jesus. We have all been more uncomfortable for lesser causes. I’m continually grateful that we can still openly fellowship as a church.

Please note that children’s ministry will not be offered at the 8 a.m. service.
