THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO DONATED AND VOLUNTEERED AT OUR BACKPACK OUTREACH! This year we were able to distribute 196 Backpacks at different events: Our Outreach Center, street outreach in Browns Mills and Wrightstown then finishing up in Sunbury Village.

VOLUNTEER NEEDED
Inventory & Stock Clerk

The Christian Caring Center is looking for a dependable volunteer to help us organize and manage our food inventory.

Responsibilities include:

Keeping accurate records of food inventory

Maintaining a list of food and supplies stored in our trailers

Counting and tracking food stored in our freezers

Recording food received from distribution trucks and food going out of inventory

Helping keep our food storage areas organized

Volunteers should be able to lift approximately 25–30 pounds.

We are looking for someone who can volunteer for at least 2 hours at a time. The Christian Caring Center operates Monday through Friday.

💜 650 Purple Flags. 650+ Lives Impacted. One Important Message: Please Help Save a Life.

The Christian Caring Center was honored to join Maryville Integrated Care in placing 650 purple flags, representing the more than 650 people who have overdosed in Burlington County since 2020.

Each flag is a powerful reminder of the devastating impact the opioid crisis continues to have on individuals, families, and our community.

Maryville Integrated Care brings its mobile van to the Christian Caring Center every Thursday and Friday around 11:00 AM and offers FREE Narcan training.

Narcan can reverse an opioid overdose—and knowing how and when to use it could mean the difference between life and death.

You never know when you may be in a position to help a family member, friend, neighbor, or even a stranger.

Take the training. Carry Narcan. Please help save a life.
