May the Lord give you His peace in times of anxiety, bless you with His strength in your weakness, and shine His light on you in the midst of darkness.
May He meet you in the moments when your thoughts feel restless and your heart feels unsettled. When anxiety tightens your chest and steals your sense of calm, may His peace surround you in ways that don’t always make sense but bring quiet reassurance. Not a peace that ignores reality, but a peace that steadies you within it. May His presence remind you that you are not alone in what you’re feeling and that you do not have to carry everything by yourself.
May the Lord give you peace when your mind keeps replaying worries you cannot control. When fear tries to predict outcomes that haven’t happened yet. When uncertainty makes you feel unsafe even in familiar places. May His peace gently interrupt the noise and remind you that He is holding what you cannot fix. Let His peace be a refuge you can return to again and again.
May the Lord bless you with His strength in moments when you feel weak — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. When motivation fades, when hope feels thin, and when you wonder how much longer you can keep going. May His strength rise within you, not demanding perfection, but sustaining you step by step. Strength that carries you when your own runs out.
