2027 GC CONVENTION

Our 2027 Biennial Convention will be in Greensboro, NC, June 28 - July 3. We encourage you to start preparing now.

You can do this by creating a budget for this event. Though our Convention Committee works hard to find the best prices to keep expenses down, costs are on the rise.

Pray and plan so we can see one another again and enjoy the blessings God has for His people!

Nuestra Convención Bienal de 2027 se celebrará en Greensboro, Carolina del Norte, del 28 de junio al 3 de julio. Les animamos a comenzar los preparativos desde ahora.

Una forma de hacerlo es elaborando un presupuesto para este evento. Aunque nuestro Comité de la Convención se esfuerza por conseguir los mejores precios para mantener los gastos bajo control, los costos están aumentando.

PRAY FOR THE PHILIPPINES

Please join us in praying for the people of the Philippines following a devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck near the island of Mindanao on June 8. Reports indicate that at least 35 lives have been lost, more than 130 people have been injured, and thousands of families have been displaced from their homes. Communities have suffered significant damage from collapsed buildings, landslides, and other effects of this natural disaster.

Up to this point, there are no reports that our brethren were lost during the earthquake. Let us pray for God's comfort and peace to rest upon those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, for healing of the injured, and for protection and provision for families who have been forced to leave their homes. Pray also for emergency responders, medical personnel, government officials, and relief organizations as they work tirelessly to bring aid and assistance to those affected.

May the Lord strengthen His church in the region to be a source of hope, compassion, and practical support during this difficult time. Let us ask God to provide safety, restoration, and encouragement for all who are facing the challenges brought by this disaster.
