JV SOFTBALL CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to our girls JV Softball team who won the schools third straight regional championship. They defeated St. Dot’s this afternoon 5-1 at Cardinal O’Hara. Not only did they win the championship, they completed an undefeated season. Congratulations to all the girls and coaches on a great season.

Hi everyone,

A quick introduction for those who I haven't met - Chris Marchese, St Pius Varsity girls basketball coach. Hope everyone is having a great spring and start to summer. I am planning on running a few girls open gym sessions in June and July. Unfortunately, my schedule was too full to try summer league this year. The open gym sessions will be fun, a great way to continue to develop basketball skills, and a chance to play for anyone who is interested. I'll be opening it up to incoming 5-8th graders (current 4-7th) and hope we can get a few players at each session.

All the open gyms will be at St Pius and if we get a lot of interest, I may split the times into 2 groups for the incoming 5-6 and 7-8th grade players. Here are the dates:

Thursday 6/4 - 600-730pm
Thursday 6/11 - 600-730pm
Thursday 6/18 - 600-730pm
Thursday 7/9 - 600-730pm
Thursday 7/16 - 600-730pm
Thursday 7/30 - 600-730pm

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME ALERT!

Our JV Girls Softball Team have made the championship game. Thanks to a 7-0 Semifinal Win over St. Francis, the Panthers will play for their third straight championship. Come out and support the girls on Friday, June 5th as they take on St. Dot’s for the championship. Game time is 4:00 PM at Cardinal O’Hara. Good luck ladies!
